Join Our Team as a Senior AI Software Engineer!
Are you passionate about AI and ready to lead innovative projects? We’re looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to be a key player in our AI Center of Excellence, driving the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality AI software solutions that align with our business goals.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Innovate with AI: Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans and advocate for automated testing to ensure software reliability.
- Collaborate: Work with product managers, data scientists, AI specialists, and other developers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine development methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
What We Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in AI development, focusing on generative AI, large language models, and traditional machine learning/deep learning. Over 5 years in data science, including statistical modeling.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET or Java and Python, strong knowledge of AI technologies, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.

- Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python or JavaScript.
- Backend Integration: Experience with backend services and APIs.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI software like OpenAI/ChatGPT and common AI libraries.
- Data Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience in data normalization, cleansing, and validation.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, including model design, training, and implementation..
