  • £23,656 per annum pro rata (£10,898 actual)

  • 20 hours per week * 
  • Fixed term contract, linked to named child
  • Reference: 6953
  • Required as soon as possible


*Monday – Friday mornings, 8.30am – 12.30pm.

 

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, kind and caring individual to work with a child with ASD in the reception year group.

 

You will:

  • manage the hygiene and intimate care of children as necessary
  • ensure all safeguarding is upheld and maintained
  • engage and work well with the ASD child
  • create a safe and secure space for the child.

 

You will need:

  • experience with working with young children, including managing the hygiene and intimate care of children as necessary
  • to be able to work cooperatively with the class teachers and the Special Educational Needs Lead in the school
  • to be open to developing your practice with children, willing to learn and grow with experience
  • to be flexible to adapt duties and responsibilities as per the need of the pupil in your care.
