Euroclear leverages emerging technologies like DLT, cloud computing, AI, and APIs to revolutionize our industry. The Innovation Tribe within IT is driving transformative digital capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong affinity for IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach the team in Agile practices for efficient delivery.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify goals and scope.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to guidelines and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Prior Scrum Master experience, preferably 3+ years
• Sound knowledge of Agile values and principles, Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Experience leading squads with end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
