DIVER
Day- to-day operations:
•
Diving operations in the docks to a depth of 5 to 6 meters, working with operations department to place and remove wooden blocks during docking/undocking operations.
•
Assist dock workers in arranging cradle arrangements for the docking or undocking operations.
•
Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
•
Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
•
Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets
•
Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
•
Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
•
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Safety, Quality, Environment & Information Security Rules:
•
Responsible to comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls and to behave in a manner, which ensures that their actions or omissions, do not adversely affect the environment, health, safety and wellbeing of themselves, colleagues, contractors or members of the public
•
Follow and comply to Information Security Rules and data security measures in order to protect the company information / intellectual properties.
•
Participating in any training and safety initiatives implemented by the Company
•
Complying with all Safety directives, and work instructions
•
Immediately reporting any incident or potential hazard to their Supervisor or Safety Dept
•
STOP the task if you feel yourself or others may be harmed
