Consultancy Needed - Accounting Support
I. BACKGROUND
Yayasan Save the Children Indonesia is the world’s top independent charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.
2025 will be a challenging year that requires careful preparation, as our main mission is to become a member of the Save The Children Global network. To achieve this goal, we must address the high volume of transactions while maintaining the quality of our 2024 reporting. To support these efforts, we need additional technical support staff to assist the accounting department in managing the workload. At the same time, we are also preparing for audits on several of our projects.
II. ROLE PURPOSE
As a member of the accounting team, External Collaborator for Accounting shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the accounting duties and responsibilities.
III. SCOPE OF WORKS
- Input transactions onto General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheet (GLACOS) and ensure all transactions entered in system with correct and complete budget code.
- Prepare withholding tax slip and submit to the relevant vendors.
- Assist in Audit Statutory.
- Filing Documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
