Responsibilities

  • Handling client queries via email and by telephone.
  • System monitoring to ensure any service disruptions are identified and managed quickly, safely and the appropriate actions are taken to avoid reoccurrences.
  • Providing a proactive service to clients by understanding their business processes and their use of Euroclear’s Systems.
  • Align with Euroclear`s policies regarding regulations from within the financial industry, specifically CSDR & GDPR.
  • Advancing client or system issues to relevant teams to aid the smooth operation of Euroclear’s services.
  • Supporting relevant contingency procedure situations, ensuring that all business requirements are met.

Our standard working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00. However, there may be times when you will need to work longer hours based on the situation. Additionally, there may be occasional shift work between the hours of 04:45 to 12:15 and 15:00 to 22:00.
