Primary Purpose

Transport fresh/frozen poultry to storage yards, cold storage facilities, or designated customers. Must be able to follow all DOT and company requirements to ensure safe transport of product. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Transport fresh/frozen poultry to storage yards, cold storage facilities, or designated customers.
2. Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain working operations.
3. Complete paperwork documenting delivery information, miles driven and expenses. 
4. Follow all company safety policies, S.O.P regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL license required with 2 years of active CDL Class A driving experience.  All drivers with less than two years on the road driving experience must successfully complete the Mountaire Driver Finishing program.  Drivers with no on the road experience must have obtained their CDL Class A license through an accredited program.
• CDL Class A. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Must be able to meet all DOT requirements.
