A brand-new post within SALC to administer the delivery of our training and development programme. You will have excellent people and communication skills as part of our role to support and guide local councils.
Responsibilities
- Supporting delivery of the SALC advisory service including dealing with routine telephone calls, enquiries and correspondence
- Supporting the maintenance and development of delivery methods, online guidance and training materials
- Assisting with the design of new products and services.
You will need:
- NVQ level 2 in an appropriate subject i.e. Business Administration or Customer Services or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- to be professional and polite when dealing with colleagues and customers.
- the ability to provide accurate and timely advice, guidance and support.
