Principal Software Developer

This team is dedicated to product development and strategy for Oracle Health, creating a comprehensive platform that supports modernized, automated healthcare. This new line of business, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, develops a dynamic and innovative environment. We are unencumbered and seek your contribution to establish a premier engineering centre focused on excellence.
· 7+ years of experience in the software industry working on design, development and delivery of highly scalable products and services.
· Understanding of the entire product development lifecycle that includes understanding and refining the technical specifications, HLD and LLD of elite products and services, refining the architecture by providing feedback and suggestions, developing, and reviewing code, driving DevOps, managing releases, support and operations.
· Strong knowledge of Java or JVM based languages
· Experience with multi-threading and parallel processing
· Strong knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Map Reduce, Crunch, Spark etc
· Past experience of building scalable, performant, and secure services/modules
· Understanding of Micro Services architecture and API design
· Experience with Container platforms
· Good understanding of testing methodologies
· Experience with Cloud and CI/CD technologies
�� Experience with observability tools like Spunk, New Relic, etc
· Good understanding of versioning tools like Git/SVN
