Senior Program Manager-ProdDev

As an early member of this cross-functional centralized squad, you would have the opportunity to make a foundational impact as you contribute to scaling the company`s function. Though your primary focus will be on change and process improvements, you will likely also be able to drive other programs that span the broader organization. Soft skills are paramount, as our team is at the forefront of driving many company-wide top-priority initiatives that require successful buy-in, balanced approaches, and execution in rapidly scaling environments.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.4+ years of customer program partnership and program management experience.Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels.Analytical and solution-oriented background, with world class people skills and structured problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency with Agile, business agility, and JIRA/Confluence.Career Level – IC3
