International Franchise, Sales & Operations is making waves in the international market, expanding the reach of the Next portfolio. Our goal is to showcase collections, brands and product areas to potential and existing partners. Once the orders are secured, it is our responsibility to ensure these are processed and stock is delivered on time for partners to launch globally. Your role
Your day to day will consist of data tracking, collection and input, maintaining and helping load Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs for the team, as well as working on Next systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and organisation of our data collection processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our databases and data management systems.
Data Verification: Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring high-quality data standards are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure timeframes are known and deadlines met.
Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality will be essential in supporting the team’s data-driven decision-making processes.
Other day to day tasks could include general administrative support, helping put together presentations, printing out documents for meetings.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role ideally. You will need good attention to detail, time management and communication skills to thrive in this role. You will be using a variety of systems so strong IT skills will be advantageous; experience of Excel is required and knowledge of Google suite would be beneficial.
Your team
As a relatively new team in an exciting and innovative area of the business, the Operations team is crucial to the seamless daily operations of our 3rd Party business. We facilitate the efficient movement of stock and manage the onboarding of new businesses, ensuring a smooth integration process. By providing visibility to our stakeholders and supporting the wider team with essential data, we drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to the success of our organisation.
