We are looking for a special person to join our warm and supportive team to work together with our amazing children and their families.

• build and access a network of external support from a range of services
• make onward referrals and applications for further support, advice and resources, bespoke for each child and/or their family.

If you have:

 

• a warm, caring personality 
• a relevant qualification/experience in social work, counselling, child development or a related field
• experience of trauma-informed approaches such as Thrive / Elsa or other interventions
• a desire to make a difference in the lives of other
• excellent organisational and communication skills, including time management and ability to prioritise workload
• the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, staff and wider external partners
• a strong commitment to your continuing professional development and career progression - then we would love to hear from you.
