  1. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials tailored to various audience levels.
  2. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of Dubai Trade smart services and various Logistics & Supply Chain programs.
  3. Utilize various training methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning approaches, to cater to different learning styles.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and customer needs.
  5. Identify training requirements, analyze feedback, and continuously enhance training content and methods.
  6. Collaborate with other educational institutions to explore areas of collaboration and develop new programs, ensuring a broader range of learning opportunities and resources
  7. Develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.
  8. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and insights for training content.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training delivery and Supply chain.

Training Program Development & Delivery:

  • Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs and materials tailored to various audience levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Proficient in conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of Dubai Trade smart services and various Logistics & Supply Chain programs.
  • Ability to utilize various training methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning approaches, to cater to different learning styles and enhance learning experiences.
  • Ability to develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Competence in identifying training requirements, analyzing feedback, and continuously enhancing training content and methods to improve program effectiveness and relevance.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to management, supporting informed strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Technology Awareness:

  • Strong skills in working closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and customer needs, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and insights for training content, ensuring the inclusion of up-to-date and relevant knowledge.
