As a Customer Order Administrator with Spanish, you will handle sales and purchase orders to provide the best possible support and logistics for both internal and external customers. The position will act as the interface between internal customers and factories.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure the on-time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and updated order logs.
• Hand over documentation requirements to the Documentation Control team.
• Keep a close contact with the sales team and customers about the status of the order.

Who You Are:

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

• University degree.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Spanish and English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Other European languages are an advantage.
