Customer Care Engineer with German

You will offer quotations support for Emerson locations across Europe and ensure requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and in time.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify customer needs understand basic technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams and factories (as needed) and determine corresponding product to be offered
- Verify the Purchase Order to ensure that it is according to the offered financial and technical proposal;
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, selecting the products relevant to the requests;
- Act as a liaison and provide general support for sales offices, factories and customers;

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Engineering;
- 1 year of experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales) is considered a plus;
- English and German language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Good PC skills: MS Office Package (especially Excel) and MS Outlook;
- Logical thinking, strong organizational skills, reliable and good attention to detail
