Job Title: Inside Sales Support, CSS Learning Solutions - CONTRACT

Locations: Bangalore

Essential Skills & Work Experience: 

• Exposure to business in India region. 
• Graduate with Marketing / Business management, 3+ years of experience in sales of complex Enterprise Technology products, Cloud or Education sales. 
• Demonstrated success with managing accounts, handling customer queries, and driving consumption.
• Established expertise in establishing connections and ability to understand customer`s pain areas to increase ease of transaction and renewal.
• Business level fluency in English language; Regional language will be an advantage. 

 

What you’ll do:  

• Enabling customers to adopt Oracle Cloud learning by providing timely suggestions and solutions to problems if any.
• Working with customers on their learning journey to accelerate the adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud Technologies by providing curated learning solutions.
• Working with Top Universities and Colleges in the region to promote Oracle Cloud Learning and Certification and assist students in being Future technology ready.
• Assisting field team in follow-ups, 1^st cut proposals, and post-sales activities to ensure CSAT and TAT.
• Leverage Oracle solutions - Be proficient in Oracle Technology solutions and should be able to make use of cross-LOB engagements to ensure Oracle customers get the best of solutions and services.
• Work closely with the Operations/delivery team and ensure delivery of the programs on time and effectively
