Sales Coordinator - Logistics
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!
This role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team by managing administrative tasks and providing essential support to ensure smooth operations.
The key roles and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the sales team
- Provide quotations to customers
- Assisting with the management of quote register and updating expiring quotes
- Update and maintain the changing rates per market conditions
- Liaising with overseas offices on sales leads, opportunities, and requests for pricing
- Supporting new client account set up
- Supporting the business with marketing materials, new business, rate alignments, changes in market conditions and industry notifications.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, support Senior Directors Commercial
- Utilize the CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
About you
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Cargowise experience advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner
- Proven time management skills
- A passion to achieve targets
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
