As a People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Team Member data across our organization, from recruitment to retirement. The core responsibilities of this role include maintaining accurate Team Member records, generating reports, serving as a subject matter expert on HR systems, and executing audits of HR processes and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand RH`s strategy, business and growth initiatives

Responsible for entering and updating accurate information across multiple systems

Communicate with leadership and Team Members regarding Team Member paperwork and general HRIS support

Ensure compliance with new hire paperwork and terminations

Process unemployment claims with outside vendors and payroll partners

General support (account setup and assistance; employment verification requests; final paychecks; Team Member departures; Team Member record management; People Team inbox)

Partner with Legal team requests to pull Team Member files

Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and processes and assist with communication, implementation and change management of various programs and initiatives

Analyze trends and utilize data, metrics and analytics to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the organization

Solve complex problems by identifying their root causes and quickly recommend and implement effective solutions 

REQUIREMENTS

2 years HR operational experience highly preferred

Bachelor Degree or equivalent level of professional experience

Must handle sensitive information with the strictest of confidentiality

Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Effectively prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

Excellent customer service and follow-through

Must handle sensitive information with the strictest of confidentiality

Work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment

Experience using an HRIS (Oracle HCM) and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus

Experience with G-suite and Microsoft Office applications
