Automation Engineer for L1 and L2 Support with experience in AppDynamics , Monitoring, PLSQL and any other process automation tool. 

•Bachelor`s degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience required

•Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.

•Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures.

•Preferred knowledge on Oracle systems.

•Preferred knowledge on FLEXCUBE
