Penrose Learning Trust is an expanding academy trust looking for an enthusiastic and developing HR professional to join our friendly and passionate central team. The main purpose of the role will be to work alongside the HR Manager, Senior HR Adviser and HR Officer to support our schools develop and thrive. 

As we are a small team committed to supporting our schools achieving the highest of standards, it is vital you are a team player and are confident in communicating and working with colleagues and customers. Your workload will vary. Predominantly you will be supporting managers and leaders with HR casework. You will also be expected to support transactional HR functions as and when required.
