Logistics Administrator

As a Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for timely delivery of eligible orders for packaging and delivery processes, ensuring that all required documents are available. You will work hand in hand with Shipping department and will provide support for the teams involved to achieve all business objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Runs the Pick Eligible Report frequently during the business day to identify all deliverable lines and releases them using the appropriate Oracle transactions
- Ensures the lines are picked and shipped as per Customer Requirements
- Create and print certificates related to factory Finished Goods
- Generates Certificate of Origin with Chamber of Commerce or Embassy authorities, when applicable
- Check on hold orders with Trade Compliance team and ensure they are released on time
- Provide support to Finance and Export departments with shipping related documents
- Collaborates with all internal customers to ensure the shipping of the goods is performed on time

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Engineering or any other Business Administration related profile
- 1+ year experience in a similar role or in a customer support environment
- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office Package
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Working experience in logistics, transportation
- Knowledge in Oracle
- Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP systems
