Global Corporate Banking - Analyst
As a Global Corporate Banking Analyst within the Global Corporate Bank at J.P. Morgan, you will be part of a team that manages the firm`s overall relationships with large corporations and public sector organizations globally. You will have the opportunity to solve problems for clients and help them grow, leveraging the firm`s extensive product platform and presence in more than 100 countries worldwide. You will work closely with senior officers of the firm and clients, and will be challenged to perform at the highest levels of excellence in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Your role will involve supporting Corporate Bankers in client coverage across various products, assisting in managing existing client relationships and developing new ones, preparing internal approval documents, conducting industry and company research, and assisting in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
§ Supporting Corporate Bankers in client coverage across products such as Credit, Cash Management, Trade, Markets and DCM among other.
§ Assisting Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationship and developing new Multinational client base
§ Preparing internal approval documents such as credit memos and balance sheet committee models
§ Help with industry and credit analysis (review financial statements, listen to and summarize investor
presentations, and support credit approval and documentation process)
§ Conduct industry and company research
§ Maintain internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and balance sheet memos
§ Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenue, in line
with HQ an Regional Bankers
§ Help with projects as requested
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor`s degree with outstanding academic credentials
§ High level of motivation, dependability, intelligence & a team player
§ Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel based modelling and PowerPoint
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish
§ Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel based modelling
§ Proficiency with research tools including Bloomberg
§ Relevant experience in the financial industry is valued
