Business Operations Analyst - Data Quality & Planning for NA Cloud Renewals (late shift)
THE WORK SCHEDULE IS FROM 3PM TO 12AM.
Business Operations Analyst is a critical role supporting the North America Cloud Renewals organization. As a member of the business operations team, you will be responsible for reporting, planning, analysis, and automation for Renewal Sales processes.
We are looking for a professional with a strong analytical profile, automation oriented, that can bring innovative solutions to our team.
The ideal candidate must have a keen attention to detail, be autonomous as well as have excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to collect, organize, and display data in a spreadsheet format is paramount.
Analysis and efficient reporting of business information to NA Cloud Renewals senior management through various performance tools such as dashboards, scorecards and forecastswill support the achievement of organizational goals and financial performance.
Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, data management, sales/renewals support or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision.
• Must be a self-starter, highly analytical and detail oriented.
• Above Average MS Excel skills required (Knowledge of charts, pivots, lookups, formatting, basic excel formulas, etc.)
��� Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related fields preferred.
• Oracle Analytics (Sales Intelligence) knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses for various purposes based on current business requirements.
• Performance trends, variance, and other analyses for different KPIs within the business.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting support.
• Determine the optimum methodology for retracing and analyzing current and historical data.
• Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes and drive timely resolution.
• Conducts research and makes recommendations regarding improvement initiatives. Assists in the definition of problems and issues with analytical techniques.
• Provide assistance to renewals org with internal escalation and resolution of Service Requests with My Oracle Support technicians.
