• At the National level, supports the development and maintenance of organics focused business plans.
• Assists Area, National Sales Teams and National Segment Directors with the feasibility and specifications of organic waste solutions to WM customers to facilitate regional and national solutions.
• Works with Market Area and corporate organics project teams to provide leadership and support to the development and implementation of organic waste stream characterization, collection and processing solutions that meet the needs of WM`s customers. These organics recycling programs will range from pilot programs to full scale implementation. May act as the project leader or as a team member.
• As part of a project team, may work directly with customers, consultants, third party processing contractors and other non-WM entities in the development and execution of organics projects.
• Develops and delivers WM sales and customer-driven organic recycling training programs and education in cooperation with WMSS, National Accounts, and local sales teams.
• Provides project management and financial analysis tools and support to facilitate standardized company-wide organics project management and development practices.
• Supports the development and maintenance of National and Area level customer programs, project plans and budgets, and prepares and analyzes customer program and project performance reports.
• Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develops and produces corporate organics recycling brand and messaging . This includes leading teams at the Corporate, Area, and sub-contractor level to create and produce deliverables including collateral, video, and written and social media content.
• Support WM Sustainability Goals by producing annual organics section of WM sustainability report. Acting as project leader, work with market area and corporate teams to research, review, and build national review of organics recycling.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience
 

• Education: Bachelor`s Degree (accredited) in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of, HS Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of experience.
• Experience: Seven (7) years of previous consulting sales and marketing and project management experience (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
 

• Strong consulting and project management experience.

The expected salary range for this position is $118,105 to $128,000 per year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
