Sales Representative Port & Terminal
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative Port & Terminal to identify and analyze new business opportunities, ensuring efficient and productive resource mobilization. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising various activities while maintaining high standards of performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent client management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role will be in our Bucharest office, Romania.
Your Responsibilities;
- Manage terminal client relationships to meet and adhere to contractual clauses.
- Resolve client requests timely, maintaining good collaboration to ensure service continuity and quality as agreed in commercial contracts.
- Continuously improve client relationships through prompt and professional responses. Plan, organize, and supervise various activities.
- Draft and ensure adherence to commercial contract clauses efficiently and productively to achieve company objectives.
- Record CRM visit reports following client meetings and track business opportunities in CRM to ensure closure.
- Draft commercial activity reports and takes necessary measures to increase company efficiency, updates rates, and client data.
- Implement approved proposals for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Prepare accurate documents/reports: According to current procedures, instructions, or direct manager requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, client management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Fluent English and Romanian language skills.
