Director EPC and Project Pursuit

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Directly reporting to VP of Emerson Japan and dotted line to Asia Pacific regional project pursuit leader.
  • Developing and maintaining the account management with ownership of account plan development and execution.
  • Developing the project sales strategy in alignment with targets and expectations of Business Units
  •  Customer relations on high level as well as the working levels
  • Identifying and building relationship with new prospects.
  • Leading and supporting the sales activities of Business Units, and coordination with other members of sales team.
  •  Negotiation of Terms and Conditions if projects with multi business units involved.
  • Proactively managing funnel of projects to ensure regular update of all opportunities and achieve assigned booking quotas.
  • Input the product development strategy guidance to Business Units by documenting and sharing customers’ requirements.
  •  Operating the team with Cultivate Diversity, Innovation, Collaboration, and drives based on annual booking quota for the assigned accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience or understanding of cross divisional activity in the matrix organization.
  • Experience or knowledge of EPC business.
  • Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  •  Good people management skills with collaboration and ownership mind.
  • Passion about sales
  • Analytical approach with the ability to make data-driven decisions and strategy planning.

  • Leadership experience with proven track record in cross divisional activity in the matrix organization.
