Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Indepth domain knowledge of Elogisol, RMS,YMS & OTM.
• Competency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions for process enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and continuous improvement techniques.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on tool performance and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on implementation initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the optimization of business processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail to identify nuances and intricacies within processes, ensuring comprehensive optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
• Experience in implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in adoption of tools and making it work 
• should have proficiency in excel
