Salary starting from £14.65 per hour dependent on experience, plus bonus and premiums

Monday - Friday 05:30 - 13:45 / 13:45 - 22:00, 38.75 hours per week

The great news is that we are now expanding our busy Design and Development function as our product lines continue to grow. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Development Upholsterer to work alongside our Design & Development Coordinators to develop prototypes in line with new designs and shapes, using standard upholstery techniques with fabrics.
About you:
As part of a dedicated, highly skilled team, you will either be currently working as a Development Upholsterer or have extensive Upholstery experience across a range of sofa shapes and be looking to progress into a Development role.
In all cases, we are looking for candidates who have excellent working knowledge of upholstery production techniques and are able to interpret drawings and create fabric patterns. By liaising with our development team the Development Upholsterer will guide projects from inception to the final product.
You will be a true perfectionist when it comes to maintaining high quality standards, having a keen eye for detail and being a team player who is fully committed to delivering products “right first time”. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, varied environment and taking great pride in knowing that your knowledge and experience has shaped the finished product.
