We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead an initiative within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Change Management division. In this critical role, you will drive the adoption of change best practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies, transitioning the organization from an ITIL change model to a DevOps operating model. You will also focus on identifying missing or broken mechanisms in Oracle`s Change Management systems and processes and drive improvements across OCI. Additionally, you will lead efforts in driving a durable reporting structure to attain desired outcomes in improving change safety and speed.
