Director, CSS SaaS & Apps Delivery - AI & GenAI
We are seeking a Director, AI Solutions who will lead our team of talented engineers and data scientists to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth and success. The Director will play a crucial role in shaping our AI strategy and driving innovation in our products and services. Drive AI Integration: Seamlessly incorporate AI into our SaaS and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop and implement AI solutions.
- Define and drive the AI strategy and roadmap for the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Ensure alignment of AI solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation in AI applications and technologies.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Communicate with stakeholders to share progress, results, and recommendations related to AI initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.
Foster Innovation: Lead the development of AI-powered features and solutions.
Ensure Collaboration: Act as a bridge between development, product, and customer teams.
Develop Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with our goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team. They will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of AI solutions that solve business problems and improve efficiency. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business goals.
