KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Collecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans
• Analyze and document business process.
• Defines application problem by conferring with Other departments, evaluating procedures and processes.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with developers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training client personnel, providing support.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications 
• To design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts 
• Day to day support of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
• Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies 
• Provide second line of support to the problems.
• Support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, pre-prod, training and production.

• Trains end users or technical support staff to use programs
• Monitors performance of programs after implementation

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Educational Degree preferable (bachelor`s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent years of experiences) 
• Work Experience minimum 3-5 years
• Qualified   communication skills in English both oral & written 
• Initiative, problem solving, analytical thinking, Communications Skills
