- £23,114 per annum (pro rata for part time)
- 37 hours per week - Term Time Only
- Fixed term or Secondment (up to 11 months)

Your role:
The Healthy Living Service works with children and young people aged 0-19 offering evidence-based support to children, young people, and their families where the child/ young person is overweight to help remove the barriers to achieving a healthy weight As part of the School Nursing service, you will:
- work alongside colleagues to provide a health screening service across Suffolk
- be responsible for undertaking screening, to include growth measurements as part of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), also hearing and vision screening for children in ‘Reception’ aged 4-5 years old.
- undertake growth measurements and hearing screening of school age children as required.
You will need:
- an appropriate Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience, or evidence of skills
- great communication skills (written and verbal)
- the ability to provide advice and information with clarity and impartiality in order to meet the needs of the recipient.
