Rose Hill Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and reliable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as a part time administrative assistant on our busy reception.
Relevant experience within a primary school setting is desirable but not essential, as appropriate training will be provided.
This is a role which will cover a wide area of working, including: reception, office administration and typing. There will be day-to-day contact with parents and carers, children, staff and other organisations by telephone and face-to-face. Therefore you will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will have GSCEs (or equivalent) graded 9 - 4 in English and Mathematics. The candidate will be required to work to a high standard of accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
