Key Job Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy: Co-develop strategy, implement opportunities, communicate progress, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- AI Initiatives: Manage project execution, budgets, metrics, risk, and reporting.
- AI Technology: Guide development, monitor trends, promote innovation, and explore new techniques.
- People Leadership: Build a collaborative culture, recruit talent, and maintain a positive environment.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience Needed:
- 10+ years in Software Development.
- 3+ years in AI solution development; GenAI experience a plus.
Key Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET; Generative AI expertise; Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras; Cloud platforms knowledge; MLOps experience.
- Leadership: Strategic thinking, team management, communication, mentorship, project management, adaptability, integrity.
