Senior Manager, Certifications Development
As a Senior manager for Certifications Development, you will lead and coach our team responsible for exam development and delivery. You will work with the team to facilitate and monitor the end-to-end exam development process, conduct continuous exams reviews and exam questions health checks, publishing and updating exams, liaise with geographically distributed product and training teams for continuous enhancements/upgrading in exam questions pools, solve customer escalations, and manage infringement investigations. You will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, possess a solid foundation in technical writing or instructional design, and have a track record of effectively managing people and projects.

- Lead and coach a team of exam managers responsible for exam development and delivery
- Facilitate and monitor the end-to-end exam development and delivery process
- Assess exam efficacy by reviewing exam questions and conducting health checks
- Liaise with geographically distributed product and training teams for continuous enhancements/upgrade to question pools, solve customer escalations, and manage infringement investigations
