Assistant Manager- Human Resource
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support for the assigned group of employees. This role involves partnering with the Business leaders and employees to drive employee engagement, performance, and development. The incumbent will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent for the BU.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support in implementing and driving Human Resources strategies and processes for the BU which shall include Recruitment and Staffing, Oracle HRIS and Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Communications, Employee Services, Employee Relations etc. to support overall business objectives.
- Drive Talent management
- Ensure smooth running of HR process and programs
- Create and update the HRM reports
- Validate and work on various HR dashboards
- Release organizational announcement on new joiners

You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. You maintain frequent interactions with a broad stakeholder network. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
- 8+ years` experience in end-to-end HR business partnering role
- MBA- HR from a reputed college
