Sales Trainer/Facilitator - Oracle Health

This role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our Oracle Health Sellers. As a Trainer/facilitator you will be responsible to impact learners through compelling content and consistent, engaging delivery. You will collaborate with numerous teams across Oracle Health to develop and facilitate continuous learning.  
This network will increase your understanding of what is needed to prepare Sellers to ensure high-performance. You will need proven training, facilitation, leadership experience, and a growing and operational mind-set.
Success in the role is measured by your ability to train and develop Sellers, demonstrate gold-standard facilitation, and maintain high learner and employee satisfaction. This role will depend on your ability to leverage our operating model, understand Seller`s needs, capabilities and leverage insights to make strategic decisions that will support Seller`s outcomes.

Responsibilities
 
Facilitate/Train Oracle Health Sellers
Collaborate with Oracle Health Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement, Subject Matter Experts, Product team, etc.
Coordinate meetings with  key stakeholders
Facilitate & deliver engaging content
Utilize Oracle Tools and understand Sales Process
Assess and measure Seller`s knowledge
Create a data driven learning environment
