Business Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
• Handling client queries via email and by telephone.
• System monitoring to ensure any service disruptions are identified and managed quickly, safely and the appropriate actions are taken to avoid reoccurrences.
• Providing a proactive service to clients by understanding their business processes and their use of Euroclear’s Systems.
• Fully comply with Euroclear’s policies regarding regulations from within the financial industry, specifically CSDR & GDPR.
• Escalating client or system issues to relevant teams to aid the smooth operation of Euroclear’s services.
• Supporting relevant contingency procedure situations, ensuring that all business requirements are met.

Shift Pattern: Our hours are typically 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional requirement to work longer (as the situation requires) with some shift work required between the hours of 04:45 – 12:15 and 15:00 to 22:00.
