1. Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers.
2. Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
3. Assist documentation supervisor/Gate supervisor in routine work & daily reporting.
4. Contributing to continuous improvement.
5. Contributing for meeting of Business/Operational targets, KPIs and objectives.
6. Proper updating and database management on operational front. 
7. Create import release in TOS, timely response to customer mail & queries and updating of damage reports.
8. Coordinate with Cargoes community systems on Import release, Export Pre-advise & E-gate pass.
9. Adherence to policies and procedures of the department. 
10. Ensuring Custom formalities and custodianship is maintained. 
11. Maintain good rapport with customers, Customs officers, and other stake holders.
12. Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
13. Maintaining Cut-off and Timelines set up are achieved. 
14. Check of operational tally sheets and reporting discrepancies.
15. To comply with all aspects of IGTPL’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems”
