Sales Manager Strategic Initiatives, Life Sciences
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Initiatives Sales Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and building relationships with Life Sciences customers, finding opportunities that align with our growth initiatives, and contributing to our sales growth, based on a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and demonstrate a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and acquire new customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively building a sales funnel, while also aligning sales efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, tailored to the specific needs and challenges of customers.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards goals and insights to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key collaborators within the industry and participate in industry events to represent the company and network with potential customers.
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, and industry-specific forums.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of any other European language
