Provide first class strategic customer service, support and leadership during the recruitment, staffing and new hire onboarding process.  Manage the full-cycle recruitment effort for the complex.  Identifie candidates through sourcing activities, facilitates the interview process, aligns the candidate with the needs of the position and business.  Extend offers and schedules post offer processes.  Partner with the Employment Manager, Hiring Manager, HRBP and Retention regarding hiring needs.  Utilize internal HR and applicant tracking systems.

Duties/Activities Required by Job

• Escort candidates through entire interview, hiring, and onboarding process ensuring all paperwork and requirements have been followed and completed.
• Communicate effeciently with varying levels of operations and Human Resources Management to anticipate fulfilling staffind needs of higher-demand departments.
• Coordinate with temporary agency representatives to combat weekly staffing needs and challenges.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers maintaining confidentiality with human resources and company policies.
• Build interpersonal relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers as well as within the community to increase applicant flow and company referrals.
• Bilingual required.

Educations/Experience Requirements

• HS
• 1-3 years of HR experience or a comparable role
• Oracle-Taleo-SHRM
