Asset Management –Real Estate Europe Client Strategy - Associate

As “Investment Support professional” within our “ Global Real Estate team” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. The Global Real Estate platform has its roots dating back to 1970 and has approximately USD 87 billion in assets managed by over 300 professionals in 19 global offices across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In addition to a number of Separately Managed strategies, Global Real Estate manages 16 commingled 1 Non-traded REIT and 2 co-investment funds across the risk/return spectrum.
You will support the Marketing and Client Relations team based in New York City that is focused on both servicing existing clients and growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update all marketing collaterals including strategy pitch book, product profiles, ad-hoc materials, etc.
- Provide complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team.
- Provide complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires. Prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds.
- Work with internal constituent groups as well as consultants and clients to answer questions and address issues. Ensure timely, accurate and quality delivery of responses.
- Update and maintain internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis.
- Assist the fund level reporting efforts for all investors in the Real Estate Americas platform including client statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports etc.
- Maintain a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports and identifying gaps / issues.
- Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help team continue to improve productivity. Participate in weekly meetings, info-shares, and fund webcasts.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 4 years ’ experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and exhibit a meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy.
- Time management skills & ability to multi-task
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Global Real Estate market
