Manager Solutions and Applications
The Manager of Applications and Solutions is responsible to oversee the applications and solutions team, providing guidance and expertise in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role is key to develop and lead a strategy around Applications and Solutions in the form of cost reductions, productivity, speed and automations while ensuring excellent experience to our internal and external customers while interacting during the technical support processes.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as accountable person for end-to-end process for the technical support we offer
- Prepare a strategy for ensuring high quality, speed and efficiency in technical support
- Design the technical solutions process by growing efficiencies, accountability and speed;
- Accelerate transition to new tools, automations and a continuous improvement mindset within the teams
- Improve collaboration and technical support for key customers and stakeholders, product management, supply chain and factories
- Lead the applications and solutions team to achieve best in class results and customer satisfaction
- Improve end-to-end processes and tools for special products offering
- Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure timely and cost effective solutions implementations;
- Align with sales and product management teams on industry plans and growth and ensure the team stays aligned with the existing strategies;
- Ensure a smooth collaboration and back-up support for other technical solutions teams in terms of special products and buyouts or trainings;
You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely. You serve as a liaison between partners. You create a positive and motivating environment!
- Strong technical and leadership skills, business process, organizational development - minimum 6 years in leadership positions;
- Experience in managing matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and functions;
- Previous experience in leading and sponsoring continuous improvement projects- minimum 3 years;
- Experience in implementing organizational and process changes across multiple functions;
- Has ability to build teams, develop and motivate others and lead through example in a highly matrixed organization;
- Bachelor’s degree within a technical university
- Masters/MBA
- Willing and open to learn new technologies and explore new challenges;
- Experience in handling Customer related projects and expectations
