[Responsibilities]

• Sap & Coupa system management. 
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Ensure accurate good issue posting in related system
• Release MRO purchase order
• Support month end closing for customer supplied material
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed

[Key Success Factors]

• Understanding of warehouse work procedure
• Skill to identify and resolve problems in timely manner
• Strong communication skill and open mind

[Skills Required]

• Communication skill in English language is preferred
• Basic reporting skill with MS-Office (Excel, Power point)
• Strong data analysis skill with logical approach
