The role will provide you with:

  • An opportunity to work closely with organizations in the Global Freight Forwarder industry.
  • Experience interacting with leading Global Freight Forwarders and understanding their business needs.
  • Exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced sales team environment.
  • Development of negotiation and value selling skills.
  • Insight into stakeholder management and influence strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in achieving volume and yield targets from GFF accounts.
  • Assist in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency within the team.
  • Analyze market trends and assist in developing business plans for key customers.
  • Manage customer communications, ensuring strong relationships with senior-level contacts.
  • Assist in gathering Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback and work to address any issues of dissatisfaction.
  • Help in managing the sales pipeline and forecasting for assigned customers.
  • Ensure that market intelligence and feedback are collected, analyzed, and shared with the team.
  • Participate in reviews for revenue and yield opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Assist in promoting Selling Efficiency as a value proposition to the GFF customer base.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to support leadership and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Sales-driven with proven experience in account management, particularly in managing client relationships.
  • An understanding of the Global Freight Forwarder business and the ability to communicate our value proposition to customers.
  • A sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
  • Energetic and passionate individual who can contribute to a high-performance team.
