Join the Cash and Banking Tribe within GBS! Your mission: to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Bring your strong technical skills and collaborative spirit to work closely with our Infrastructure teams. Your role will be pivotal in delivering LCM Epics (Epics for the evolution of technologies) and functional releases, focusing on third-party packages in the Cash and Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Epic scope (divided into Features) on time, within budget, and with expected quality.
• Integrate squad contributions into a cohesive plan aligned with our Agile Operating Model.
• Write Epic memos for informed decision-making by Business Sponsors and IT management.
• Provide regular status reports to Tribe Management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in deploying, integrating, and configuring third-party and in-house applications, impacting IT infrastructure (Cloud, Virtual servers, etc.), network, security, and access management.
• Proficiency in managing Non-Functional Requirements like resilience, security, backup, storage, monitoring, alerting, and performance.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical infrastructure/middleware upgrade Epic plans, including resource requirements, costs, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Experience managing virtual teams across divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers in India.
• Strong relationship-building skills with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and customers, providing IT investment advice and guidance.
• Define Epic governance (deliverables, processes, ceremonies) and supervise execution quality.
• Lead risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned Epics, and develop action plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on Epic progress to Tribe Management and the Sponsorship Committee.
• Ensure compliance with Euroclear’s internal standards (methodology & tools) and Agile Operating Model.

Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with expertise in Agile methodology.
• Strong leadership skills, adaptable to various situations and stakeholders.
• Solid technical and business understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence decisions with Epic sponsors/clients.
• Exceptional communication skills (listening, writing, presenting) at all organizational levels.
• Ability to quickly learn and synthesize complex environments.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills.
• Effective delegation while maintaining overall control.

Assets:

• Certification in PRINCE2 and/or PMI (or similar IT frameworks).
• Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Experience with outsourcing partners/offshoring.
• Knowledge of:
  • Windows, Linux, Mainframe
  • Oracle, MS-SQL
  • MQ, C:D, CA-XPS, Kafka
  • Application Integration Services (Java, WebSphere)
  • CICD pipelines and Containers capabilities
  • Application Integration services (.NET C#, API, Angular)
