As our Executive Headteacher, you will be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for our pupils, including the aspiration of Governors to provide outstanding education to our pupils. You will care about the whole school communities: pupils, parents, and carers and will value our staff and the important contributions they make. You will be ambitious for the schools but welcoming, friendly, committed and be visible to parents and the village communities.
You will:
- have a significant measurable impact on the outcomes and progress of pupil’s achievement and personal development
- have a proven track record in school leadership and staff development with experience of performance management
- be proactive in their strategic management and leadership skills to fit into the forward-looking leadership team already in place
- manage challenging situations robustly and with empathy and kindness
- provide a safe and supportive learning environment for pupils and staff
- continually strive to develop effective and strong partnerships between home and school and the church.
