Position	Site Supervisor
Location	Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification	Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience	Minimum 4-5 years of site supervision experience. Experience in mining or infrastructure projects preferred.
Requirements	Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
Responsibilities	Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors and departments to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor progress against work programs and targets, addressing delays. Maintain site facilities, including housekeeping, repairs, and equipment. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues. Provide updates to the Site Works Lead on site activities and challenges.
